Can I confirm the following?

You are fully aware that your policy will commence and start on the and your first debit will go off on the of an amount of R

You are fully aware of the debit order of R running firstly on the and that will be debited from your account and future debits on the of every month thereafter ?

Should your debit order date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we will debit on the day before or the next working day thereafter.

To identify your monthly premium of R on your bank screen you will see the name AUTOGENVAP.

Premiums are collected in advance meaning you will pay at the start of each month for that month or at the end of the month for the following month.

If your premium is not received, your cover will be suspended and you will have a 15 day grace period to make payment. If no premium is received for 2 months in a row, your policy will be cancelled.

Should you wish to cancel your policy please give us 30 days notice in writing or telephonically.

Premiums may be increased annually on an individual basis and we will notify you in writing 31 days prior to any increase or change to your policy.

Claims are administered by our partner Oneplan and for this service they receive remuneration in accordance with our binder agreement.
